Registration Policies

G & S Academy maintains a strict NO REFUNDS policy due to limited session availability, which are reserved once you are enrolled.

DEPOSITS are non-refundable. Full payment is required by May 1st, 2025. Any unpaid balances after this date will result in removal from the camp, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please ensure your account is paid in full by the May 1st, 2025 deadline.

If a 30-day drop notice is provided, G & S Academy will issue a credit for the payments made, which can be applied toward enrollment in the following summer's camp. This credit is valid for one year and cannot be carried over beyond 12 months.

G & S Academy allows session transfers if you need to change your dates. However, no transfers will be permitted within 30 days of your scheduled session.

If you need to cancel due to an injury, your payment will be applied to next summer’s camp, unless your athlete is a graduating senior. This is the only exception to the refund policy. In such cases, a refund will be issued, but only with a detailed doctor’s note confirming the injury and stating that the athlete is unable to participate in physical activity. General receipts from ER or doctor visits will not be accepted.
